Trader who does not find it necessary to answer a hello when she is taking care of another client. Ban on touching flowers under penalty of reprimand. No price displayed for single flowers and the shopkeeper finds this perfectly normal. It is up to the customer to ask for the prices, I quote "the craftsmen are there for that". It's a shame when you want to think about a bouquet and plan your budget. Only one positive point, this person was of my opinion: it was better for me to look elsewhere. Very disappointing when you want to work with small local traders.
