A huge disappointment with this company which boasts its responsiveness, its local and professional side .... None of that. A big communication problem between the services, the company itself and its client. Too long delays. A cruel lack of reactivity in the face of a problem, even a lack of professionalism and commercial spirit. In short, what unpleasant surprises! We who wanted a local business rather than a large group (which implies a higher rate), it is missed. I do not recommend at all
