very disappointed !!! not competent staff !!! after an order error !!!! from the bed that does not pass the stairs !!!! but why did they not alert us to the clutter of the bed,? why did they give us bad advice? conclusion we have to put out of our pocket. 900th at their place the customers come out plucked and unhappy

1st visit to this store and 1st purchase! We were very well received and advised by Clélia who was able to answer all our questions and expectations. No sales force like in some other brands ... which scare us away ... I highly recommend!
