Already customers and ready to spend several thousand euros in the replacement of our windows, we were received by a certain Johann L. who, obviously and although the store is almost empty, was not ready for us devote more than a quarter of an hour! The 3 quotes requested were undoubtedly an insurmountable effort in his eyes, the latter having made it clear to us. Gentlemen of Lapeyre, we are very disappointed to have come for such a service and will henceforth consult your competitors for whom respect for the customer still means something.

A star because I cannot put 0! Control of 3 standard windows with integrated shutters, out of the 3, one shutter does not descend. We call the after-sales service, they refuse to replace the window and offer us a single solution: a technician who comes to repair, at our expense! (160 €) a big joke! Lapeyre, luckily there aren't two! First and last experience at home. Hope to never see you again.

#Lapeyre Here are our adventures with the Lapeyre de Prouvy brand: At the end of August, we wanted to redo the bathroom. The bath screen supplied by the Prouvy store, installed is already out of order .... We can see that the screw thread has taken some material away. I don't think it's fixable .... With the bathtub and the apron damaged upon delivery, we had already been obliged to reschedule an appointment with the installer (therefore invoice for 2 interventions) because reimbursement refusal for the apron which had to be ordered within 2 weeks. 2 weeks later, obliged to cancel the second intervention of the installer because the apron was not ordered. We found out on our way to the store the day the product was supposed to arrive. The delivery time passing to 6 weeks minimum, we were finally reimbursed and delivered to ourselves to find an equivalent product. I come back to the apron: at the first reception, we noticed that it was curved, not to say twisted. The staff at the Prouvy store then assured us that it was normal, that it was very easy to straighten it. Of course, this will turn out not to be the case. Fortunately, our installer was honest and told us straight away that the product had to be replaced. Despite our numerous requests to meet her, the agency manager never apologized or made any commercial gesture to compensate us for the damage caused. Yet it was she who had initially refused to reimburse us by ensuring that we could get the new product as soon as possible. I advise against the Prouvy brand for their lack of professionalism and the Lapeyre brand in general for the mediocre quality of their products. To flee.
