Personally if I know the breakdown on a material out of warranty after 4 years I will not waste your time and more miss because you charge me! There are always smarter than everyone and who will teach you the trade, Why they do not settle? So I’ll go to their place the sav is guaranteed for life !!!!

Following the supply and installation of two motorized garage shutters made by France workshop, one of them breaks down or boils not even 4 years, I call them for a troubleshooting, two technician come, they spend two hours to tell me the engine is out of service, balance I know that the engine (somfy) is HS we are 300 meters from the company. Invoice for the diagnosis, displacement and 2 hours on the spot 168 euros I find it abused because the problem is still not solved.
