Hello, When I register, I ask for a monthly and not an annual subscription, the person tells me that as soon as I no longer pay, I no longer have access to the room. So when I decide not to go anymore, I stop paying. Today, Basic Fit is asking me for several months of subscription !!! However, everyone knows that if you have not paid for your subscription, you do not have access to the room ... I called today at 03.66.33.34.34 and the person I had on the phone called me said I have to pay it's written in the contract and ended up hanging up on me ... I am not surprised that there are so many rooms of this sign if even without having access you have to pay anyway! You are going to tell me that it is my fault, I should have read my contract and not trust the staff (who can make a mistake) ...

Bad experience. I register in July, do a first session and ... nothing! Unable to make an appointment via the app. First I have a message telling me the wrong password, then a second informing me that my subscription is simply canceled! I paid for 1 year !! I contact customer service ... 0 response! I go there to discuss it with the staff. Unable to give me an answer except to wait for a return to my email. Finally she tells me that it is sometimes long! It's been over a month now!
