Hello, I dealt with Mr. Quenoy for a grouping of credits. Nothing to say, very professional from the beginning to the end of the project. Regular follow-up, always available and reactive to answer our mails / SMS. I recommend it to all those who wish to group their credits.

Blatant lack of professionalism and totally incompetent. No follow-up despite multiple reminders (calls + emails) and trips. Incompetence is a motto at CAFPI VALENCIENNES. A request was filed with ORIAS (representative body). Such an incompetent agency has no right to exercise and play with such important projects. To be discouraged with great ardor!

I fully satisfied with the performance of Mr. Rémy Quesnoy who was very professional, good advice and totally listening to us and an absolutely total availability whether on the phone or during our meetings. It's a real pleasure to deal with it and I recommend it without problem. I do not know the other members of his team but I do not doubt their effectiveness. To ban !!!! No professionalism, no transparency, errors in the files not answered to the questions asked and so on. Do not make the mistake that I almost did happily that I was able to retract or else it was the descent into hell
