Already and I did not know it. It is a mutual agency and therefore not experts in auto insurance. On the other hand the agency of Valenciennes is totally to be avoided. A female person is unpleasant, she should change profession. more for a late debit of 186 € which I specify is not my fault But that of my bank because it had had a computer failure. These (the matmut) asked me to pay the full semester for the sum of more than 900 €. and what I blame them is that they do not want to take into account the error made by my bank. finally even if they had accepted to accede to my request he would have I had to pay by check obligatorily while by bank card I could do it immediately. They did not accept. For me they are thieves.

Adviser very attentive, smiling and understanding but what about the terminal of calls for the declaration of claims to ROUEN ??? 3 disasters, no support ... no commercial gesture! I give 400 € per month to this insurance all contracts and well I run and runs well in soliciting all around me and the professionals I know! Too bad the staff on the spot yet looks voluntary, but if we remove that air brewing for no solution, it is useless!

The interest of an insurance company with offices is to find a welcome, information, relevance and efficiency. Well we find all this with the gentleman who is in this agency, forgive me for ignoring his name as I write these lines. From our registration a little over a year ago until today. When there is no problem, it is easy to be satisfied. When you have an accident, there really we can say that the Matmut takes over and in a very good way thanks to this person. May he be thanked!
