Despite an attractive proposal, we never had it materialized and yet we were patient (5 months) because a friend had recommended this broker to us. So much the better if some have been able to see their project succeed, but from a personal point of view, I do not recommend.
Thank you to Mr. Delbecq our broker, for his follow-up and his precious help for the purchase of our house. He was very patient, attentive and always available despite the many calls and questions from us. Always friendly and caring. He guided us in all the steps (bank, notary, etc.) and took the time to detail everything when we did not understand certain things.
