Purchase of a bracelet in August 2020 at 119 €, during the checkout I noticed that the one had "traces" embedded in the bracelet. Bad faith or not of the saleswoman, this one seemed surprised. Good news, she tells us that during the engraving, the traces will leave thanks to the polishing. Call from them 1 week later to come back and collect the bracelet. DECEPTION, the bracelet had the same traces !!! They dared and tried to resell us a mediocre quality bracelet which still had the same traces !! The saleswoman found excuses ... that the one who had to do the engraving had to forget ... (so no control on their part before calling the customer ??) In short she sent him back for polishing and then 3 weeks later we here is today in September 2020 where the bracelet is still in the same condition .. I demanded the reimbursement because inadmissible! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM, they are not professionals but scammers who will make you waste your money and your time.

Great welcome, even if I scared the saleswoman in spite of myself, she carried out a repair in 5 minutes before my eyes where the competition took 2 weeks. I recommend.

Dear all, Giving a piece of jewelry is always a noble gesture. So I would like to bring this recent purchase to your attention. After buying a piece of jewelry, I offered it to my partner. 1 week later, a stone disappeared. I spare you the embarrassment caused ... Because we do not want to offer the best to his partner? When I go back to the store. I am offered a replacement but I have to wait for another delivery within 2 weeks (is it that long on the net?). I draw your attention to the simplistic speech in which no excuse is made if it is not "it happens ...." the question to which I invite you to answer is whether you want to buy a piece of jewelry that is potentially defective and in which the store does not convey any intention of doing well. Do you want to buy a piece of jewelry in a shop that does not defend its brand and that does not seem to give its best to sell quality products? Do you want to buy a piece of jewelry in a store that has no desire to offer a quality piece of jewelry? A store that expresses no regrets? Indeed, incidents ... it happens. But faced with such a simple speech one can wonder if this brand of jewelry has another interest than the sale. 2 weeks later I still haven't received the new piece of jewelry. To offer a jewel is a noble gesture, to buy a jewel in a shop which sells defective products without apologizing, without expressing the least will to want to satisfy the customer .... Is it noble? Would you say to the person you love "it happens" you will have the new one within 2 weeks! Ah no, well when the store calls ...
