Phone ordered online through a platform, package received quickly and well packaged I returned the phone to Just Cash within 3 days.
3 weeks later, although they confirm they have the phone and have checked, no refund !!! No answer from Just Cash

Console purchased from JUSTCASH via backmarket.
1 year warranty, error e105 on the console, first they refuse to take it from me on the pretext that I made the manipulation to restore the factory settings myself (Either press two buttons for 30secs roughly .. This is what is recommended by Microsoft, it took the intervention of Backmarket to tell them that this manipulation does not lift the guarantee ...)
Since February 2, I have been going around in circles, and my console has still not been repaired.
