Very unpleasant saleswoman. A shame to ask to let the children outside under the pretext that there is the Covid. And let's not even talk about the behavior of the saleswoman. I bought a necklace from the site but I got the size wrong. Having called in the morning explaining and telling me that there was no problem for the change and arriving the saleswoman as a pretext for the health crisis not to change it and support that there is no other size then that on the site there are two. A shame this shop, never again.

Pity! After seeing a model on the site, I feel that I am in a rush to buy it without taking the time to discover it! Offered a bracelet of 129 € purchase for which you must quickly make a decision on the size without being able to think about it .. normal it is offered! The health crisis is not an excuse for everything! And the reception suffers The results ! .......

Condescendance d'une vendeuse ( blonde aux trés longs cheveux). 2 fois que j'y vais et se permet de mépriser par des petites remarques et son air également. S'il vous plait embauchez des personnes agréables pour la réputation de votre magasin. Je pense que cela ne devrait pas être difficile à trouver. Vraiment méprisante. Brune trés gentille cependant

Nice to go to the Pandora store when for once there are not many people. The saleswomen take very good care of you (little attention to my children), they gave us very good advice and provided us with quality service.

Top sellers who have family lives like everyone else! One Saturday evening is understandable if they refuse customers who join the queue at 5:50 pm for a closure at 6:00 pm, knowing that there were 20 customers left to take care of! Mother's Day is not done at the last minute! Negative criticism is always easier said than positive criticism, too bad. Thank you because I am a loyal client of Valenciennes and I am always very welcome
