Very pleasant experience we order 3 menus with cannibal sauce and two hamburger when we do not call for lebdirr we use it which we prepare our order takes us for liar and hangs us in the nose

I would point out that I have never left a positive or negative review elsewhere before. I order a pizza on Sunday evening before 8 p.m. via the website. My order is confirmed by SMS the approximate delivery time: 8:20 p.m. At 9 p.m. tjr nothing japel the restaurant, I am told that my order is late and that it is in progress. 10 p.m., still nothing! I call and the a lady tells me that she will not be able to deliver to me: I call all my clients back to tell them that I cannot deliver. So I told him I waited 2 hours before I finally didn't get my pizza. She replies that she is the manager that she can do nothing about but it was me who was disrespectful asking for my pizza. In the end, I waited 2 hours, it was me who called back each time to find out where the order was. It’s not for the fact that I didn’t get my pizza from the pb that could have happened. This is surtt the way to treat the pb. They should have called me before 2 hours and told me to order elsewhere in 2 hours there was time to see it coming. And now when I see the other Google reviews I understand that I would have done better than ever ordered there

Super long order delivery at 7:30 p.m. has never been delivered and no excuse because 2 delivery to the same address the 2nd order at 7:45 p.m. delivered at 9 p.m. this is inadmissible I would no longer order there
