First live order for me, so obviously a little worried, but I was relieved when the package arrived. It was nicely packed in two boxes, with pieces of styrofoam that held the second box, the insect in question arrived in a small box, there was even a surface for the insect to climb easily. In short, a magnificent insect with a well-groomed shipment, it's perfect!

Franchement je trouve que c est vraiment un bon site mais le seul soucis c est juste que il manque un peu de produit ... je trouve que il devrait en avoir + ca aurait été légèrement mieux, sinon rien a dire de + c est juste incroyable et l'aesthetic est présent, bravo

I was very apprehensive about ordering live food via the internet, especially because of the temperatures and the transporters. In the end, everyone arrived in good health, package received in 3 days and well protected. I highly recommend, and I intend to recommend on Ebugz! 😉

J'aime beaucoup mais seul inconvénients c'est que y a pas de guide ou de conseil ou une feuille de présentation de l'animal comme ca ca aurait donner de l aide pour les personnes qui viennent de commencer les élevages d insectes mais sinon je vois pas réellement de points négatifs, c est réussi ( continuer votre créativité vous partez sur la bonne voie )

Unfortunately I can only put 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 so I add more because it is what you deserve, always so welcoming, a warm, friendly or even family shop. A big thank you to Julien for 2h30 of discussion and advice. Always on top and smiling despite the masks 😉. I recommend his shop with his eyes closed, he is really very professional while remaining friendly. A gold shop and a large pearl. Thank you again for all. And thank you for this shop which is really at the top.
