Pharmacie de la Place - SELARL BUSTIN

I went today Sunday because we needed disposable COVID masks. I paid € 50 to € 48 for the box while in other pharmacies it costs between € 27 / € 30. I find it bewildering to line my pockets like that in the midst of a pandemic. Second comment that I write 48 hours after the first one, after the answer you have kindly given below: - First of all, thank you for taking the time to respond to my comment. - I'm not stigmatizing you in any way, it's just a personal opinion as a patient (customer in this case?) Because you were the one who offered me the box of 50 and when when I paid I gave you is part of my astonishment / dissatisfaction neither you nor your colleague you did not say or explain anything about this high price, thus making believe that it was the price everywhere. It’s legal, as you say, but that doesn’t mean that it’s good ethical practice. - When leaving your house I went to another pharmacy (there were three open this Sunday; remember that I had called you before to tell you that I was traveling by car specifically to your place to come to you buy these masks) and that's when the pharmacist explained to me that “it was not correct, that I was really expensive”. This is why I insisted on writing my review. - I am willing to believe that you paid for the expensive masks at the start of the pandemic, but given that the shortage of masks is now over, I think that we could aim to obtain profits on cosmetics or drugstore as we do elsewhere large pharmacies like yours instead of targeting income on a sensitive and essential product at this delicate time for our region. In view of the other comments I have no doubt that you provide good service in the community but my experience has not been positive, I do not think I was advised at the time of purchase and I believe it is fair to report it. Large pharmacy open all day on Saturday. The staff are listening.

Always a good welcome, the staff is smiling, friendly, always of good advice and very human, one of the rare pharmacies to be open on Saturday morning + afternoon! They have stock and it's rare to have to go back. In addition it is a large air-conditioned pharmacy ☺ I recommend !
