Sympathy and service are not their strong points. No help or advice. I came to look for a product that I could not find and, after having done all the shelves, I therefore contacted the 2 saleswomen who were at the checkouts and who answered me directly in the negative without even trying to find out more, to direct me to a similar product or possibly offer to order it. In addition to measuring me from head to toe, their tone was really condescending. As for the friendliness and the smile we can forget. It was my second and last visit!

I came to refill a beauty product, I could not find the nuxe bio range. nobody advised me, I had to wait more than 10 minutes for a lady to answer me "down" by pointing a finger at a taunt. NO ADVICE, NO HELLO, OR GOOD BYE. I am shocked.

Very good advice staff
