Aggressive and very unpleasant (GHAN) saleswoman of a certain age towards me, she reproached me for having put on my mask incorrectly when it was correctly positioned. She was on the verge of hysteria, she better stay home if she's so scared of the virus!

Leclerc being closed on the Thursday of the ascent, I could not buy masks. So I was turned away from the kiabi store, I told her that I had a job interview, she replied that it was management that forced her. So tomorrow, I will buy a shirt before my job interview at Leclerc whose wearing of the mask is not mandatory. It's over, I will no longer be a client of kiabi. It's a shame because in September, I have a marriage.

Rude and aggressive saleswoman (GHAN). On 07/27 at 2:30 p.m., I entered (with my mask and having disinfected my hands) and I spotted a piece of clothing from the 1st ray on the right. I asked a young saleswoman if the cabins were open. She kindly told me no. So I put the garment on the shelf. Suddenly another saleswoman, older, came like a fury from the cash registers and yelled at me not to try on the item of clothing, to read the display (present but 2 shelves away). I asked her to stop yelling, that she could tell me the same thing politely, that I would not contaminate the garment any more by putting it on than by touching it .... All of the customers were shocked at the way she assaulted me and no longer dared to look at the items. She then scolded the young saleswoman strongly, in front of everyone. If I hadn't had an urgent purchase, I would have gone out immediately, the humiliation was so strong. More arrivals at checkout, my mother notices that during the scandal of the saleswoman (who gathered the world), her bank card had been stolen from her bag. This lady should watch for pickpockets, instead of yelling at potential buyers. Refresher training in customer relations and management exists for older and obsolete staff. It is a shame to assault customers like this !!!!!

July 20, day of sale purchase cap swimsuit for the holidays for my daughter at this very instant I look at my ticket when returning the cashier and count a cap, 1 swimsuit, a t-shirt and pants ??? I'm leaving tomorrow hoping to be able to get a refund for my purchases that I don't have.

Same concern as Maria C with the same salesperson, several times, even by phone. Fortunately, the other salespeople are catching up with this kind of behavior, but it is unacceptable for a job in sales. It is this kind of person who justifies my vote, otherwise I put 5 stars for the rest (other staff, good store management, choice, value for money, availability of advisers, ...)
