I have been using E.Leclerc Valenciennes' Drive service for several months now and I am very satisfied with the number of products increasing day by day even if it is true that it is still necessary to go through the store step if You wanted a product that doesn't appear on the Drive, but there are so many choices that you can shop exclusively on the platform. All the departments or categories that you can find in store (fruits rayons / vegetables🥦, frozen foods❄️, meats🍖 / fish 🐟, household products, etc.) can be found via the E.Leclerc Drive application.

Very disappointed that there is no replacement product proposal when an item is unavailable during pickup. Especially during large orders where having frozen food in the safe prevents us from going to the store ourselves to find the missing one. 👎👎 To answer your answer: never once have I had a proposal for a replacement product. And I have had missing products on several occasions.

Not great in terms of service, lack of smiles. Forced to load with them on the contrary of chronodrive. Medium quality fruits and vegetables. Meat to avoid. And consider getting bonded bins. You are 10 years late with your bags.

Drive Away! More than an hour to gain access to the terminal because the organization is so bad internally! Big lack of staff, error in the orders, particularly disappointed

the service has deteriorated significantly, I do 150 € of shopping per week, order on Friday and drive on Saturday, not a week goes by without a product being expired within 3 days, impossible to consume over a week the products, while there are however beautiful posters on the expiration dates. In short, we save time but the service is no longer there (long wait and turnover of students +++) and in the end it is expensive because we throw away a lot of products in the long run. And more and more bad surprises, package of products opened, opened by the staff and we put it like nothing in my packages, I let you judge. Photos taken out of the bag ...
