Alors arrivé à 18h la poissonnière démonte son rayon là on attend sa collègue lui signale qu'on n'est là enfin elle prend un peu de temps pour nous servir on lui demande un saumon en promo et là elle dit que ça rentre demain jai fait 10 ans chez carrefour il ny a pas de livraison le dimanche bravo le service bravo le service client peut mieux faire

Frankly a disaster the drive Aulnoy les Valenciennes over 1 year I stock up on certain products once every two months I said to myself, it just happens, but here I am and stop I'm sick of it !!!!!! It's Wednesday morning 10:20 am supposed to be ready at 10am Max. And the terminal also indicated to me a place taken while the others are free. I never made it here. Too long, always the very poorly organized bazaar always late !!!! Pfffff Twice a month I go to CHRONODRIVE, it's Auchan products, but nothing can be said about them and never disappointed !!!

No one, no one, no one! This April 6, I went to the drive to receive an order placed 5 days earlier. When I arrive, I am announced .... an hour late! So I park and wait patiently. Behind me the vehicles are piling up. Apparently there are only 2 employees who bring the carts. To my surprise, I notice after 3/4 hour of waiting that a person who arrived long after me, is served before me. So I ask the employee about this way of doing things and for any answer I hear myself saying: "if you are not happy, you just have to go home" I can understand that in these difficult times, people are upset but there are still limits! It was my first drive to crossroads and necessarily the last!

The drive despite the recent work is not very suitable, very narrow to access it with his car, proof being that while trying to access the place which was allocated to me to receive my races, an employee to judge good to deliberately put her caddy across the passage for cars and did not deign to shift or indicate me a free place so as not to disturb the following customers, when she saw me she simply turned her back, I had to wait 10 minutes before another employee seeing me blocked indicates me another place. So I contacted customer service to report this behavior, to which I was told that the manager of Carrefour Drive in Aulnoy les Valenciennes considered that a customer's word was worthless without even checking the facts and that it was worth "5 Euros no more", which I refused. I did not contact customer service for a commercial gesture, I just wanted this kind of situation not to happen again, so here is the price when we show disrespect for the manager of this Carrefour Drive, I have it besides got on the phone and he continued to question my word without even making any checks, following my insistence he ended up agreeing to make checks, several weeks passed and still no news on this subject, what which proves that a sense of customer service is not the priority of this Drive which I strongly recommend.
