Impossible to have them on the phone !! Their lines are busy all the time! It’s too complicated to answer while they are behind a computer all day !! 😡🤬

Impossible to reach such for information, a shame during this confinement.

Inadmissible to pay people to drink coffee and talk rag, ashamed 2 hours on the phone to make an appointment we will see Monday morning 😡 still busy line since 1:30 p.m. on 9/24/20

Lamentable !!! I spent the afternoon trying to reach someone by phone. In vain, a service off the hook but the phone is placed, I hear everything that is said and no one takes the trouble to take the handset. I waited 3/4 of an hour to say hallo and nobody! It's scandalous ! The answering machine says there is a phone service but in the end there is none. Maybe it would be good to restructure this center so that there is a real standard with real employees at the service of the public!
