La Vie de Cocagne

This was my first trip to France one week in Paris and we ended our last week and Normandy. I must say this cottage was a little piece of heaven, so quiet and tranquil and peaceful. This location was great do to the fact we were able to drive to all of our vacation spots within an hour or so. The small town where the cottages is in gave us everything we needed. I would therefore recommend this cottage to anyone who wants to getaway in the country with all the accommodations just like in the city. I give the cottage the location and the town and excellent rating. And to the owner Thierry, thank you so much for everything you did if I have to go back to Normandy I would definitely stay there again.

We spent 2 days in this beautiful cottage, welcomed by family. Go there for the setting, the house full of charm and beautifully decorated as well as the surrounding calm. By cons, the owner was rigid and I had the impression that it was money before the customer! Counting a 3-month-old infant as an extra person, charging an inadvertently broken plastic toilet brush 15 euros, prohibiting guests from eating a squeegee in the dwelling (ie because of the insurance in this dwelling including a stove and other appliances) ... it's disappointing for a cottage of this standard.
