I just phoned to have my 11-year-old grandson who has arrived from Paris take a Covid test, we are 2 people over 70 years old .... I was greeted on the phone by someone who could not be more disagreeable, which practically hung up on me. I can understand that they are overwhelmed ... but I believe that the gravity of the situation deserves another listen ... and that an effort can be made to avoid endangering 2 elderly people who have not saw their grandson for several months. Very disappointed, my prescription are until April 11, 2020 I came on April 14 the pharmacist said to me we are open Sunday these too late by hunting that these confirm it and I can not go see my ophthalmologist, I hope this person will never have a problem in the eyes, I will never come back to this pharmacy, I know very well who without mocking well
