I had to do with them the nice secretary but on the other hand the technician to whom I had to do not very nice

Come for the annual revision of my boiler, it has not worked properly since ... 110 € for an intervention of about half an hour, and not having hot water every other day is a little expensive paid.

Excellent telephone reception from secretaries and the help desk. Very responsive for the implementation of the intervention and a very friendly repairman.

I called them for an emergency (a big leak on the tap) and they were able to answer and fix everything quickly! Thank you again for your quality and responsiveness!
