Appointment fixed 2 weeks ago, for 8:30 am. Call the day of the meeting at 8:20 am to inform me that no one will come !! Reason: "making quotes does not interest us at the moment, and in addition we will not have time to do the work". In short: to flee!

I waited a year for roofing work. Defects, partial chimney painting on invisible parts, used tile including a broken one, nobody to follow the site. When I complained I met Mr Th manager who made me sign a site acceptance report and told me "I have 2 months to do the work". I sent a registered letter for complaint, I called them I have not had an answer for 2 weeks. ....
