We visited a house with a real estate agent who had not prepared the visit, we came for nothing, before even starting the visit, the owner and neighbor told us that she would not rent the property because we had a dog, while I had asked when making an appointment if it would not bother, response: "no, it would be specified!" I should have suspected from the telephone conversation I had with that same person. When I asked her to visit the house before the date she suggested, she replied "I am not going to travel every day!" When I confirmed the appointment, I had to claim the address of the property and the agent's mobile number. A minimum of professionalism and politeness to justify the fees, or change jobs!

Really great agency! Even with young people, I only needed one visit to fall in love ... Candice has really identified all my expectations and found the ideal property! 2 days maximum to get an answer, very low agency fees. More than signing the papers!

Very disapointed. When visiting an apartment in August this is okay. When autumn arrives, mold appears, cold in the apartment, heating ++++ at our expense but the apartment remains cold. Reported to the agency, but no positive response, does not appear to be affected by this issue. However, there are risks to our health. I find it unacceptable

Not at all professional, I have been renting accommodation through the Roannais agency since August. When winter arrives, the accommodation deteriorates, and damp, moldy on the walls / around the front door, the electric heating goes all out into the street. I have been reporting the problem to them for almost a month, one person and come to see but nothing more. Also, we had a date that I couldn't attend and they are trying to blame me for it. For the staff who manage the tours, they are top notch, however the rest and really unprofessional and very rude. On the phone I said what I was thinking (politely) I was told "we will cut this conversation because I might be rude" It's unprofessional his Nobody reacted in this agency.
