Be very careful when choosing a real estate agent as a tenant. When I rented the house, we did a very quick inventory, which was only 7 pages long with some pictures of the interior. On the other hand, the outgoing inventory lasted an hour and a half in which Mr. Souchon and his employee made me uncomfortable several times by accusing me directly of having done damage that was present since the first day that I took home. In the end, the document produced consisted of 42 pages, that means 6 times more than the incoming document. Be very careful, be very meticulous, rigorous and very precise at the time of the inventory of places entering otherwise they will benefit from it to the inventory of places leaving as they did with me. Very disappointing experience
