The Autorelax1 team took care of my car several times, whether it was a change of my tires, my bearings or my brake pads. I have always had a welcome, a pose and advice with small onions. As for the price, it is reasonable. In short, as for 3 years, I will come back.

I had made an appointment by phone to see and verify a noise coming from the engine because I was going to make a long trip a week later, and to change the tires. I get there and they say they didn't notice the noise issue and will only change the tires. Meanwhile, while they were changing the tires, one of them came to tell me that he had found play in one of the pulleys on the auxiliary belt where the noise was coming from. He brings me in and tells me that the part is 30 euros and that he needs half an hour of work (30 euros extra). He goes in to finish the tires. When the tires are finished, he tells me that the auxiliary belt tensioner needs to be changed as well. The quote is now 1 hour of work and 130 EUR in parts, for a total of 200 EUR. I accept and come back in 2 days. In the meantime, he gives me the invoice for the tire change which includes 35 EUR + VAT for the diagnosis of the engine noise. Two days later I arrive there; i dont know if the part they ordered wasnt valid for my car, if they were lazy or what but they say now they are not going to change the tensioner because it is ok now. They change the pulley (galette) and they charge me 30 EUR for pulley + 1 hour of work (they said at the beginning that it would be half an hour if we change the pulley only). What is the result? the noise is still there. In total, for the noise, I paid over 150 euros for nothing. Ok they removed the play from the pulley but the diagnosis 35 eur + VAT and the extra half hour of work ?? They are only looking for the money. Then they told me they didn't know the engine and would contact a fellow auto mechanic and call me back to find a solution.
