An experience of polar opposites. When I said I didn't speak English in the shop I was ignored. When bI went into the workshop that were great. Very helpful, the shop person would not even put my bill in the till. Workshop staff we brilliant.

I gave them a three star rating for the friendliness of the staff at the support desk since they were every time very friendly. However the staff in the garage has serious health problems as every time I go there, they are always low on staff due to sickness. It is simply not acceptable nowadays to come and wait one hour before opening to have a chance of being served. A chain as Feu Vert should have sufficient replacements in place, or pay their staff more (so that they do an effort to come out of bed), to ensure that there is always service available, especially with a busy shopping center such as Val Thoiry nearby.

Great service, the best around. Good mechanics skills efficient and reasonably priced. And some guys are super friendly. The shop is not that big, so if you come the first day of snow to change your tires (like 100 other guys), or want to do your air-conditioning on august first (swiss national holiday - many swiss come and do shopping and services that day) you might not appreciate to its correct value the quality of this place. But if you plan your visits (depending of what you need to do, you can book your slot in advance) than you will get great and honest service.
