Pity. All started well, easy booking, punctuality of Mr Bousson for the departure, ditto for the arrival. BUT, there is a big but, car recovered with battery drunk. Can not open the car electronically, let alone start it (new battery changed recently). Mr Bousson, very professional up to that point, proposes to go find us pliers. The car starts again in the presence of Mr Bousson, who realizes, as we do, that the warnings are lit as well as the interior night light. We leave, a little upset, but the mistake is human. First stop on the road, car that, again, no longer restarts. We call Mr Bousson just to express our dissatisfaction. This one does not seem very concerned anymore. He retorts that "instead of calling and wasting our time, we'd better buy tongs." His attitude makes us lose, after long minutes on the phone, our calm. Mr Bousson's response to our nervousness "your goal is to have a pair of pliers and a new free battery". We are very disappointed with this gentleman's behavior. As said before, the error is human, it is enough to recognize it. Mr Bousson was present and noted the forgetfulness. FYI, the car was parked at night (so visible car lighting), we were 2 couples and neither the warnings nor the night light were forgotten by us. Precision as to the mileage, car left, with certainty but unfortunately no photo proof, to 119 997 km, recovered at 120 025 km ...
