Too bad we can't put Zero, despite an income of € 11,500 per month we are told that we should not hope for much is this well before visiting the accommodation. We are offered a visit at the end they chose 2 files to send to the owner and ours is not even included !!!!! PS: accommodation costs 900 € per month. So I don't understand what criteria they use. to avoid absolutely otherwise you will waste time visiting accommodations.

I am shown to visit an accommodation and during the visit even before we have seen my file I am told not to hope too much ... I position myself on another accommodation and I am asked for all the supporting documents and at the end we are told that our file has not been retained even though we have income much greater than 3 times the amount of the rent I would never call on them again and I would never work with them on the rental part if I was led to make investments! To flee !!!!!

I validate all the notices I read which date back several years, so this agency does not question itself. This agency and Ms. Weber in particular will make you waste time, a lot of time asking for anything and everything as documents to indicate to you at the end that your file has not been accepted when you have significantly more income. than 3 times the rent amounts and you don't know why. What respect for others! Well done ! I would never use them again for rentals or if I myself were to invest in real estate. So avoid them and prefer agencies like I2C Immobilier who validated our file in barely 1 hour for accommodation in Divonne-Les-Bains! Thank you I2C Immobilier

Deplorable! No answer 5 or 6 days after the phone call. Unreachable communicated number. Impossible to be repaired in heating by their intermediary while the owner pays a tax at home ... shameful.
