I would recommend Immo de France to any one who has property in the area of Ferney-Voltaire in the Ain region of France (neighboring to Geneva area of Switzerland). As a busy international expert, I found their services very helpful in managing the rental of our apartment which was located at St Genis-Pouilly, Ain, France. They can also include a scheme of rental property insurance which should cover short periods when the property is unoccupied. I found their property management fees reasonable and it is definitely worth it to avoid the hassle of managing property in the area, with all the bureaucracy that goes with that. Finally, when we decided to sell the apartment due to relocation from the area, they were able to handle all the procedures for listing the apartment on the market, finding buyers, accompanying them to visit, identifying a notary, and generally representing our interests. I particularly found the services of two of their agents, Ms Celine FOURNIER and M. Bertrand ISSERT to be outstanding. Being located in the US and not able to travel to Europe frequently, I found their services good value for money.
