Worst renting experience ever. It took them literally more than a year to fix the radiators after I moved it which was unbearable.. Careless, irresponsible, and completely unprofessional. They demanded 500€ extra on top of the rent for "lights in the steps and cleaning the main hall", services that are already included. So be aware...

We came across them as a condominium syndicate. They are awful! We had all kinds of promises, but NOTHING was kept! Hello, I am scandalized by the methods of this trustee! No co-owner has received a call for funds for our condominium, however we all received a dry reminder email from the accountant in early October. After some members of the Union Council reminded them that we still had not received our call for funds, we have just received a formal notice. It's just amazing that they don't respond to any email and allow themselves to charge arbitrary fees for an error coming from them. Syndic to FIRE!
