Very friendly, very responsive and attentive team. For everything to fall into place it takes time and I am confident in their skills. A big thank you for your support and your listening Mr. Penin is always available so that everything goes well within a co-ownership. Dialogue is important and he knows it better than anyone. A thousand thanks to all of you for making sure that the co-owners are finally listened to. Mr. Penin has a really positive spirit and that's nice.

I had several trustees in my little life, and it was not always rosy. Since the Checkers have been recently taken over, I am more than enchanted by the various people with whom we deal, whether it is Ms. Salmi or Mr. Penin, they are professional, extremely responsive, they follow up on files, remind you , in short what any trustee should do !! It's hard to give a good mark here, for fear that others will also rush to Damiers and be overwhelmed and then no longer be able to continue in their commitment to quality, proximity to customers, which is their strength. I can only recommend them. Of course, I will come and update my comment if that changes.

Damiers Léman has just taken over from Damiers, a very poorly managed property manager. For the moment the recovery is difficult because the unresolved problems are hardly being solved and are added to the new ones ... Many never kept promises. Currently only one interlocutor, Salima, turns out to be responsive, responsible and pleasant. Let's wait for an improvement in the services of this trustee ...
