I know Nicolas well, and I came today as every year for Christmas logs and breads. You will only find quality products, made on site in the pure tradition of baking and pastry making. Once home everything makes you want !! In addition to that, they are of a rare kindness, and the professionalism at the top. I'm not from Aubignan but I can only advise to go !! A real bakery / pastry shop as there are few left today. The bread and cakes are good. Quality comes at a price, but when you've tasted it, it's worth it and it's hard to live without. I recommend +++

La Mie Soubeyrand deserves 5 stars! Perfect craftsmanship and an excellent welcome! Everything is to be recommended, a special mention for the delicious fougasses (large choice: with olives, with goat cheese, chicken, chorizo, bacon) you will not find anywhere else so good in the region. Ditto for the sacristan! As for pastries, finally pastries worthy of the name! This artisan baker and pastry chef really has a vocation.
