Catastrophic agency, incompetent staff, no one can answer simple questions. Obliged to send registered mail otherwise they lose the documents (where they pretend not to have received them by hand) ... and so on! no communication with customers, good advice run away! Too bad there aren't 0 stars, 1 is still too much ...

I do not recommend this bank !!!!!! if one day you want to withdraw your money and the person in charge is not there and bahhhhh you have no choice !! you have to wait for its return no matter the duration because apparently there is no one to replace it !!!! otherwise you can withdraw up to € 2,000 per WEEK with a specific bank card, but be careful because you will end up with random banknotes, i.e. € 5, € 10, € 20, etc. .. Very bad agency. Constantly changing advisor. Appointment to open a booklet> HS computer system, so appointment in the wind, advisor who prefers to sell insurance rather than providing real advice ... To be avoided strongly. Very happy to have changed bank!
