A disaster this bank. After 25 years in this bank I am asked for proof of address and since I have not given it, all your accounts are blocked without warning you. A real joke these new advisers

A disaster !!!!! I moved about 1 year ago to metz after leaving saint avold and before nancy. It is a deplorable agency unlike Nancy or Saint Avold !!! I never get an answer to my emails. The counselor never calls back. Only one appointment for the transfer of Saint Avold I found it cold. Incorrect information when at the age for a credit ect ... my companion is 24 years old and according to her the credit is possible after 25 years. Except my sister is 24 years old and also at the savings bank and bought a house !!! I do not recommend this agency

The level of service provided by this agency is absolutely dismal! Not only are counselors not responsive, but they are totally unaware of the e-mails and letters sent to them when it comes to closing an A booklet held in their institution. It's been nearly 2 months since my friend, her parents and I are trying to recover the funds from this booklet to finance a project. After 17 emails (we no longer live there), we have still not obtained satisfaction and our internet access to the account prohibits us any transfer to external accounts (reason invoked: "Transfer not allowed"). One tip, do not let a bank block your deposits and run away from this establishment that seems to have forgotten that the bank is primarily a service business!

I had huge problems with this agency. Changes in advisers without notifying me, promises that they would do what is necessary to close an old account but which were not kept, a deletion of Bank Card like that, "IT problem" (3 months to resolve the problem, no commercial gesture, no excuse, nothing), and a sometimes icy reception. It seems to be improving little by little, but they are all still chasing the maximum bank charges they can charge you. It is deplorable.
