You have a funny notion of customer service at LCL! I still want to clarify that she was alone in her office, and that she was not on a client meeting. Bravo to Mme LACOUR AIME for her sense of customer service and her motivation! Yes because that's the name that was displayed on the desktop. The worst part of all this is that after verification it turns out that this lady is my new advisor, what is more, the director of the agency. For a first contact it is successful. I would like to point out that this new formula or the afternoons are only reserved for appointments and do not appear anywhere and that as a client of the agency for 27 years, I have never been informed. Next time, I'll make an appointment to collect my checkbook, hopefully she'll be happy and give it to me. I think without being too mistaken that an online bank would do better and it is certainly on one of them that I will choose in the future.
