U Express et Drive

Firstly, all of the products in this shop are too expensive. It’s not as if they didn’t have a lot of customers (right next to campus). This also pushes the student/client to buy poor quality nutrition (which is still too expensive). What a world we live in where making money is never enough! Always more!! Secondly, as long as you don’t need anything in particular from staff you’ll have a regular shopping experience with a smiling cashier. However the supposed managers or more experienced staff have a bad attitude when confronted with a simple request; unpleasant facial expressions and reprimanding tone! (Out of my 150 odd visits to this place). 2 stars because on more than one occasion I have been handed back more money than necessary, once significantly. It is a mistake on their behalf but if one choses to look at the bigger picture, I was just being partially reimbursed for my somewhat nonsensical loyalty and proportionately large contributions to their profit!
