Hello, not very happy with the lack of experience of a salesperson. We wanted a female rabbit and here we are in November to have a rabbit operated on and yes it is a male that we were sold. 90 €, there is better as a joke. Still incompetent, but when will the stores have qualified staff? Well, it's over we won't go back to this store to buy flowers and trees.

Very good a lot of choice at reasonable price

This store is a real disaster! As usual, only one open box and 20 meters of tail behind! Again, we turned around and went to buy our flowers from a competitor. No respect for the customer!

Very bad shop, not serious at all to flee, in fact, between orders which arrive after 2 months at most, or not at all, the choice to send it at the height of heat wave and Pentecost or my package stay a week in a vehicle or in a local, obviously I'm not surprised that most of my crops were dead, still no refund to date, even after a complaint email made a month ago now, I do not would order more from them, it is a shop that must be closed, it is not legal what they are doing !!! Never order from jasques briant, bad surprise guaranteed!
