Listening, attentive to our environmental, economic, technical and aesthetic requirements, thanks to the team, for a year we have been using our stove-fireplace. A diffused, constant, lasting heat with the pleasure of a wood fire ... everything is there! We chose the oven option, a plus for making good culinary preparations by the fire !!

Laborious experience for gas stoves: as the sale was made easily (with a very substantial budget of € 7,000 for a simple stove), the installation was a real pain! Hexa staff do not have the competence to install these very specific products and so after three commissioning attempts, they had to call a third party company for the installation. In the end, we are still not 100% satisfied, as there was no anticipation of an electrical outlet to be installed under the stove, we had to put in place a battery system (!! !) that we will therefore have to change regularly what was not initially planned, ditto for the gas pipe which was not anticipated even though we had done everything to put our architect and the installer in contact from the purchase. In short, the company is very competent at selling products, I have no opinion on the installation of the other products they offer, but for the gas stove I recommend against, we are very disappointed!
