Alliance Piscines

Hello, I ordered a swimming pool from Alliance Piscine Angers in July 2020. Being under construction, I had stipulated an installation for March / April. In November I received a call so that they could come and put my swimming pool. Surprised by the approach, I explained to them again that the installation was scheduled for March / April because the house must be Outside Water Outside Air before installation. I am contacting them today to make an appointment with one of their technician and our site supervisor to see the location of my swimming pool and the, great amazement, I am told that the installation can only be done in September! !! More than a year after signing my order. The swimming pool is not even put yet that the problems are already starting. There is a real problem of communication or understanding at the Alliance Piscine Angers reception level. I might revisit my comment if the problem is resolved quickly and my pool will be properly installed in March / April. Simard nathan

Hello, I bought a spa at Alliance Piscine last summer. I accumulate the worries since. With a big problem of service after sale. After having beaten me to have a spare part 8 months after my purchase. I ended up receiving one which was not good. So break by asking it. ... After several months of waiting finally an appointment of a technician who finally has my room. But he had to come at 10h and at 10h30 phone call the technician no longer had my PIECE .... AND YES NO CHANCE IT L HAD USED FOR ANOTHER CUSTOMER ... I HAVE MORE THAN WAIT FOR THAT THEY RECOMMEND MY PIECE AND GIVE ME AN APPOINTMENT WHEN THEY WILL BE AVAILABLE ... NO BUT IT IS AMAZING. IN MY GARDEN MY SPA NA MORE MEANS OF DESCINFECTION ... BRAVO IN WAIT I AM IN ANGER .. THEN URGENT URGENT IF SOMEONE OF ALLIANCE SWIMMING POOLS TOP PLACE CAN DO SOMETHING THANKS. M BRUNEAU.

Following the various studies piscinistes, we were able to note that this company is the best placed level quality and price we chose Alliance Piscines. the deadline have been respected, the pose is very good with everyone. We had a small service on our salt treatment that was managed very quickly by the seller who came to see us and the store, we are looking forward to our next restart because the person of the reception will show us the good gesture, We recommend this team to all those who want to build their pool with confidence

We stopped by chance to pass in front of and see their pools exposed leaving Leroy merlin. We trusted them to build our pool. Deadlines respected, store staff and salesmen listening, competent technician. Everything went very well.
