A member for a year and a half, I am still just as satisfied. The support of the coaches is really excellent and they really listen to us. They favor movement and technique before loading, which is not the case with all CrossFit boxes. Continue like this, you are great!

Registered following a motorcycle accident hoping to redo sport, because impossible to do the slightest thing at the start. My coach adapted perfectly to my situation and in a few months I was able to regain my mobility and very good physical condition thanks to the seriousness and the very strong involvement of my coach.
