I have known the clinic for a very long time as close to patients the clinic was managed for a long time by a competent and experienced director, the clinic was clean, the staff stable and serious, the care was very satisfactory and it had a good reputation in Angers and beyond since the departure of one of the doctors, then of the director, all the most competent staff have left currently who is in charge? an inexperienced nurse who hires anyone, spends her time in her office with the secretary denigrating everyone, who does not know discretion: everyone is aware of everything, the staff are not shy about themselves to complain about everything and about her in particular, let's hope it's only temporary otherwise what will happen, because how is it possible to tolerate this: we come for treatment and not to put up with the gossip of the staff and incompetence

I will retain (or not) from this clinic the "psychiatrist" who "took care" of me. I have never seen a doctor like this, disrespectful of the patient, whimsical, wondering even if she does not want to worsen the condition of her patients ?? I came out worse from this clinic than when I entered. Staff do what they can. not to mention the state of the structure (any date of antiquity, like doctors, a touch of youth and renewal would not hurt).

I leave the clinic that day I stayed 22 days, the staff is nice, against Mrs. Marc, the psychiatrist does not respect the patients, is not listening to you, neither empathy nor compassion, it hurts, and does to feel guilty, believe that one has a magic wand, to solve our worries, but that we do not know how to use it! Oh, if it was so simple I think we would not go to the clinic, 5 out of 7 patients are not happy with her, Dr. Rucheton is much more attentive and serious

I don't agree with Nicole at all. This establishment is very serious and it has allowed me to relive quite simply ... its small, very human and very reassuring size nevertheless allows high quality care with unprofessional staff. I say THANK YOU to them and I encourage people who need psychiatric hospitalization to entrust their mental health to this place and its professionals. There is very little structure like this.
