Poor service. Don't open mail under the pretext of confinement. Does not provide an alternative by offering a digital platform where we could file our documents in dematerialized form. Telephone calls are surcharged. Ineligible

I sent two emails on ameli.fr because it was impossible to contact you by phone. But by email it is not better !! An email on May 19, another on May 25 and we are still in response on June 9! Ineligible! For money I have to give you back! It is not in five months that I will have to claim them!

"Services" almost always unreachable by phone, announces a waiting time of 3 minutes, always people after 20 minutes of waiting (thank you the premium rate number) ... I was on sick leave in early February, 2 and a half months later, still no compensation despite a complete file. Several requests by email with answers that do not answer the questions at all.

I was off work for two weeks ... I did the administrative necessary to wait for months without answers. I had to ask where it was to be told to give 13 last salary slip and the last work certificate to be able to be compensated. Lamentably we make sure to tell you nothing so as not to compensate you. It is beautiful France of human rights. We are asked to respect the laws and our duties but behind the authorities do not respect us or our rights.
