La Tour du Moulin (Mill Tower)

There were so many things to see in this château. My favourite place was the Mill Tower (Le Tour du Moulin) tour where I learned how the soldiers hid themselves while observing the surrounding. This tower is located only at one side of the castle facing the river.

The highest tower of the castle, so called because it once housed a windmill and its mill, which today are gone. From here it passes through the great guard round which runs along the entire upper part of the castle, passing from 17 towers.
