Alamo Rent A Car - Gare de Metz

Very corgial staff, and had our car ready when we arrived 3/4 hours early. Couter staff did gibe us the incorrect parking apot in the garage but the garage guy new exactly where it was. I would definately rent from the again.

Charged me 700€ on my credit card for damage that I didn't do (I deposited the car after closing time). I sent pictures to prove them wrong (as you can see, the car with damage is in the middle of the parking garage, but I parked it at the wall), but I didn't receive a reply, just an invoice after 2 months. Worst car rental ever, still in dispute. Never again.

To flee! I rented a vehicle from them, we drove the vehicle around in a dark parking lot. As I walked around the vehicle, I noticed a fault that was not reported. The person replied "don't worry, the defect is within the tolerances of the template". When the vehicle was returned, I was charged 180 € for this defect.

It is rare to put the maximum note to a car rental agency, but there there is really nothing to complain about. Simple and fast, pleasant staff, ...

Quite simply theft, to flee.
