I accidentally returned to the Dolay shoe store. I am a shoe fan. What a pleasant surprise to walk into a store where the staff does not jump on you. I met a quality staff, welcoming, smiling, competent, real professional .... In addition, I have found high end shoes at very affordable prices. There are shoes for all budgets and qualities. Honestly, if you go to Angers, go for a little trip to the Dolay boutique (it's a friend's advice ...) you will find what you are looking for.

This is the first time I put an opinion on the internet and unfortunately it is negative. The person who was in the store selling the shoes I was disrespected and not very nice when I wanted to look at shoes near the checkout counter. When I explained to her that I just wanted to see the shoe, she said, "No, you do not go near the crates"! I do not like being taken for a thief and the tone used was not appropriate.

No unpleasant personal service even deserves a star.

Sellers at best incompetent, at worst dishonest. They take an unpleasant tone when they address the client. They sell junk and do everything to sell in addition to unsuitable accessories. Not recommended.
