Very disappointed with customer service - Beware of false advertisements. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on the Geox website. It was written on the site "10% additional discount". However, this discount was not applied. I then asked by email for a refund of this discount. This was refused. In exchange I am offered a voucher to use within 6 months! But I do not plan to buy a shoe within 6 months! To sum up, I am asked to buy another pair of shoes (which I do not need) to benefit from a discount to which I was entitled but which was not carried out! It is false advertising. And customer service (which is in Italy) does not want to know anything .. Not very serious all that!
