The phone answering robot will automatically put you on hold and say they're busy for 10 minutes, only to finally say they're closed and hang up on you.

Doing good

I am very surprised by the negative opinions because I had to contact this tax office twice recently, and each time I was able to have a very competent and really very friendly contact person. As far as I'm concerned, I'm completely satisfied.

I just got on the phone from an advisor from the Villejuif SIP who hung up on me. Not friendly, brittle, visibly exasperated to do this job. Change it, it will be better for him and for the users of the service.

This "service" (with huge quotes) is a real shame. You can never reach anyone by phone. Nobody picks up. To pick us up when we have to pay, there are people. On the other hand, to have information (including information precisely to be able to pay on time), there, there is nobody. This service contributes greatly to the harmful image of civil servants: people who "work" much less than others and who do not deign to respond to the public. It's supposed to be a public service. In reality, the public can never join this "service" which, suddenly, is not one. It's quite the opposite. A real shame. In addition, apparently, the other tax departments (like that of Créteil) are perfectly aware of the situation, and nobody is doing anything to remedy it. Nothing is done to make things easier: the services do not communicate with each other. As for the secure messaging of the tax website, again, no one answers. Do the taxes provide for a tax allowance to finance the countless phone calls to their "services"? I put a star because you can't put a star. But the real note is indeed zero ... even a negative note.
