A shame this establishment! I called 12 times a week ago, and 8 times today. I left two emails via your email address and two more emails for your attention via the Impots.gouv.fr site. Impossible to get an answer from you! First, you get the wrong recipient for a council tax, second, you send the refund check to the wrong address when I had repeatedly warned you that I had changed my address and that I had officially changed, and from three, now you are no longer available at all !!! Do you realize that I have been waiting for my housing tax refund since January 2018 ??? If I could give you no stars, I would!
